Water damage restoration in the Lehigh Valley
Burst pipes, appliance leaks, flooded basements and sewage backups. We get the water out, dry the structure and document every reading for your insurance claim.

Water coming in? Do this now
- Shut off the water main if you can find it safely.
- Turn off power to wet areas at the breaker. Don't walk through standing water near outlets.
- Move valuables and electronics off wet floors.
- Take photos and video of everything before anything is moved or thrown out.
- Call us at 484-425-3578. The longer materials stay wet, the more has to be torn out.
What water damage restoration includes
Every water job follows the DryMaster Dry Standard: find the source, remove the water, dry to a measured standard and document it.
- Emergency water extraction
- Moisture mapping and thermal imaging
- Structural drying with commercial dehumidifiers and air movers
- Daily moisture readings and drying logs
- Removal of non-salvageable drywall, flooring and insulation
- Antimicrobial treatment
- Contents moving and protection
- Rebuild: drywall, flooring, cabinets and paint
Sewage cleanup
Sewage is contaminated water. It needs protective equipment, removal of porous materials it touched, and proper cleaning and disinfection. Keep children and pets out of the area and don't try to clean it with household products.
Foundation leaks
Water that shows up every time it rains is coming from somewhere. We find where it's getting in, dry out what's wet and repair the damage so the basement stays dry.
Most restoration companies learn insurance on the job. Our foundation is insurance.
Our techs have inspected property claims for insurance carriers. Every DryMaster job is documented the way a claim reviewer expects to see it, from day one.
- Moisture readings and drying logsProof of how wet it was and when it was dry.
- Room-by-room photosBefore, during and after, labeled so nothing gets missed.
- An itemized estimateWritten in Xactimate, the same software insurance adjusters use.
- Help from first call to final paymentWe work for you, not the insurance company.
What customers say
Real reviews from homeowners we've helped.
“They not only guided me through filing an insurance claim but also made sure I felt supported every step of the way.”
“[The owner] was out to assess within hours of my reaching out… [He] was prompt, professional and just really nice!”
“Everyone who worked with me directly was so kind and advocated for my best interests even when it didn’t necessarily mean a better outcome for their bottom line.”
Common questions
Will my homeowners insurance cover water damage?
Sudden and accidental water damage, like a burst pipe or an appliance leak, is often covered. Long-term leaks and flooding from outside often aren't. We document your loss in Xactimate and work with your adjuster. Your policy and adjuster decide coverage.
How long does drying take?
It depends on the materials and how long they were wet. Equipment stays until moisture readings say the job is done, not on a fixed schedule.
Can I just use fans?
Household fans move air but don't pull moisture out. Water that wicks into walls, subfloors and insulation needs commercial dehumidifiers and daily readings to confirm it's actually dry.
