After a storm, do this first

  1. Stay off the roof. Take photos from the ground.
  2. Put buckets under active leaks and move belongings out of the way.
  3. Photograph damage outside and inside, including hail on the ground.
  4. Call us at 484-425-3578 for emergency tarping.

The DryMaster Dry Standard

Most restoration companies learn insurance on the job. Our foundation is insurance.

Our techs have inspected property claims for insurance carriers. Every DryMaster job is documented the way a claim reviewer expects to see it, from day one.

  • Moisture readings and drying logsProof of how wet it was and when it was dry.
  • Room-by-room photosBefore, during and after, labeled so nothing gets missed.
  • An itemized estimateWritten in Xactimate, the same software insurance adjusters use.
  • Help from first call to final paymentWe work for you, not the insurance company.
We can't promise a claim outcome. We make sure your claim is documented right.

FAQ

Common questions

Is storm damage covered by insurance?

Wind and hail damage is commonly covered under homeowners policies, subject to your deductible. Wear and tear usually isn't. We document the damage so the adjuster can see what the storm did.

Do you do full roof replacements?

Yes, from repairs and tarping to full tear-off and replacement.
