Fire and smoke damage restoration
From a small kitchen fire to a full structure loss: board-up, soot and odor removal, tear-out and rebuild, documented for your insurance claim.

After a fire, do this first
- Don't go back in until the fire department says the building is safe.
- Don't wipe soot off walls or furniture. It smears and sets the stain deeper.
- Don't turn on the HVAC system. It spreads soot through the whole house.
- Take photos of every room and your belongings before anything is moved.
- Call us at 484-425-3578 for board-up and to secure the property.

What customers say
Real reviews from homeowners we've helped.
“They not only guided me through filing an insurance claim but also made sure I felt supported every step of the way.”
“[The owner] was out to assess within hours of my reaching out… [He] was prompt, professional and just really nice!”
“Everyone who worked with me directly was so kind and advocated for my best interests even when it didn’t necessarily mean a better outcome for their bottom line.”
Common questions
Does the smoke smell ever go away?
Yes, when it's treated at the source. Smoke residue gets into drywall, insulation and HVAC ducts. Covering it with air fresheners doesn't work. It has to be cleaned, sealed or removed.
Who pays for the board-up?
Emergency board-up to protect the property is usually part of the claim. Keep the invoice and photos for your adjuster.
