Do you work with my insurance company?
Yes. We write estimates in Xactimate, the same software insurance adjusters use, and send photos and drying logs with it. We work with your adjuster directly.
Do I have to use the company my insurer recommends?
No. You can choose your own restoration contractor. Your insurer may suggest one, but the choice is yours.
How long does drying take?
It depends on the materials and how long they were wet. Equipment stays until moisture readings say the job is done, not on a fixed schedule.
Are you a franchise?
